By accessing or using the Pacifik application, website, or services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

By using Pacifik, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other relevant policies and guidelines available on the Platform.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

• Not harm or disrupt the Platform including uploading malware or viruses.

5. Fees and Payments

• Fees: You agree to pay the applicable fees as outlined in our pricing.
• Payment Terms: Payments are processed securely. You agree to pay all applicable taxes.
• Cancellations and Refunds:
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds will only be processed if the cancellation request is made within 3 (three) calendar days from the original subscription date.
  • All refund requests are subject to approval and may take 4-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
  • Please note: In-app purchases (non-subscription based digital goods or services) are **non-refundable** under any circumstances.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content uploaded to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use and display it as needed to operate the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, and software belong to Pacifik or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Termination

Pacifik may suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion for any reason including violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangalore, India.

12. Refund Policy

Subscription refunds are eligible only if requested within 3 (three) days from the subscription date. Approved refunds will be processed within 4-7 business days to the original method of payment. In-app purchases, including but not limited to one-time digital services or credits, are strictly non-refundable.
