Thank you for using Pacifik to manage your online store. This Return & Refund Policy applies to users who purchase products through stores hosted on the Platform. By making a purchase on a store powered by Pacifik, you agree to abide by the following terms regarding returns and refunds.

1. General Policy

Each store hosted on Pacifik is operated by an independent merchant. As a result, return and refund policies are determined by the individual store owners. When purchasing items through stores powered by Pacifik, please review the store's specific return and refund policy before completing your order.

If the store does not provide a specific return or refund policy, the following general guidelines apply:

  • Returns: Customers may request returns within [30] days of receiving their order for eligible items.
  • Refunds: Provided for returned items that meet the merchant's policy conditions.

2. No-Questions-Asked Refund

  • We offer a no-questions-asked refund for eligible purchases.

  • Submit refund requests via the Pacifik app or support@pacifik.in.
  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • Additional verification or proof of purchase may be required.

4. Non-Returnable Items and Services

Consumable Services:

  • Domain purchase charges
  • Store setup charges (if completed)
  • App publishing charges (if published)
  • SMS or other resource consumption charges
